December 31, 2009 Sebastien Hello, i am having a problem my Laptop Acer 5534 is checking when i open windows, I appeal to you requesting a help how to fix it I created the repair CD and booted from it. This worked… sorta. The drive must have a drive letter. Open up ImgBurn, and then click on the "Browse for a file" button, selecting the file you downloaded from Neosmart. Same when loading in safe mode.Things I've tried:ctrl+shift+esc, ctrl+alt+del, f5 five times. Bad decision.

Done. Without this key, the CD or USB software will not start up. After the restore, i started de pc and i have this message "BOOTMGR is missing. Windows Vista Boots To Black Screen No Cursor When turning on, it said it has a problem with the NTFS and asked if I wanted to repair and I did.

The Acer did not come with any software, everything was preloaded. you still need someone to help you get around, so in the long run, you will have to wipe everything from your computer and start fresh again. PLEASE HELP! And F12 - Boot menu!
