- OS was still very slow to load, and when I did let it load, I still measured 1.5MB/s transfer speeds using HDTune… I finally found a solution.
- I didn't see any processes appear above 2 MB of memory usage, and certainly nothing above 10 MB.
- I get excellent file transfer speeds on my windows 7 machines but not windows 10.
Write was 20x slower than read! Also when I copy things off of the HD it's just as slow... I also notice that the mbs transfer changes like sometimes when I transfer and it's slow, I cancel and try to transfer again and it seems a bit overall faster...sometimes.
