When i stopped the service, my memory usage decreased about 1GB !

But thanks to your tutorial coz it lead me there. After seeing that I am unable to fix the issue I am considering reinstalling the system, possibly to Windows 10. I tried all steps except step 5 "windows update standalone installer" and it is ok when "windows update" is stopped. have a peek at these guys thats after 3 re installs of the operating system and trying 2 different hard drives.
