Oliver Krautscheid Author February 23, 2015 at 10:47 pm If you are unable to even start IE you obviously cant disable extensions, then you need to start IE via safemode Oliver Uninstall and re-install Flash player for Internet Explorer browser. I have followed your list and was thinking Method 8 was going to be my salvation. further update: appears to have made no difference, problem remains. IE is an integral element of Windows and you'll brick your PC if you try to uninstall it. Thank you for the very helpful site. my site

Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working Depending on your hardware, you may have more luck with software rendering which has proven to increase responsiveness for some machines. Never had any issues until this past week's dll.
After rebooting IE will open one site correctly, and as soon as I try to go to a second one it will usually block again.

Are you using MSN.COM as your home page, either natively or through Dell's link ? I had found the first 7 of your suggested fixes - usually from people who insisted that it was the one and only solution. Go to the HTML5 sign up page. Join the community here. Uninstall and re-install Java Player for the Internet Explorer browser.
