- We've never run into this issue before.
- In all three accounts, the problem started with the cleaning of the registry.
The only change I can make with the "Opens submenus..." is to have it checked or unchecked. Well it seems it wasn't a Windows, video or input device problem. It might help me understand your problem to know which. Nothing changed. I noticed, by the way, that the Chrome browser window (I'm using Chrome to post to the forum) flickers while the Start menu flickers. It takes just 2 minutes to sign up (and it's free!).
