It seems my page file usage is at 585 MB which seems a bit high. I didn't know what to do. Trying to figure out if anything could have been inadvertently touched in the process. I was doing it right, but it was stuck. after the desktop loads, power down completely (don't restart) to clear all remaining contents in RAM memory. You could try another PSU just to be sure, but if it won't power up from that, then definitely burned CPU.
